The crime is not in street, it comes from activities inside the society. It’s a cultural phenomenon. For that reason crime faced in different size and shape in different countries. But there is one global crime and that is drug trafficking and I think for that problem we should have some global punishment. Some times it’s useful and some times it’s not.
